As I am a vegetarian, i would tell no.

All the amino acids present in the meat protein isn't available in the plant protein.

Even though if the amino acids are present in plant protein, it would be in lesser amount that the body would prefer .

I would like to share my own experience. I was a person who doesn't eat egg at all and had heavy hairfall with frizzy appearance and never appealing. But after studying about poultry and meat products in my course, i took a step to have an egg everyday. Right after a week i was amazed by looking at my hair texture being smooth , limited hairfall and neat.

This made me think that I am not getting enough protein especially the essentials proteins are lacking in my plant protein meal.
